❖ - By working with me, you are accepting all of these terms and declaring that you have read them.
ㅤㅤ
❖ - It is mandatory to have reference images of your character (I can create a reference sheet for an extra fee). Blurry and unclear images will not be accepted as references! I need at least one MoodBoard!

❖ - Changes and experiments that do not involve the final objective of the artwork will be counted as a “design creation fee.”
ㅤㅤ
❖ - Avoid sending audio or video files, as communication may be difficult due to language barriers, accents, or diction.
ㅤㅤ
❖ - Updates will be sent throughout the order process, and the customer must correctly inform us of any changes they want after the WIP (Work in Progress)!
ㅤㅤ
❖ - Be careful not to request changes related to past WIPs (after making your changes, the rest of the artwork will be considered APPROVED, so be sure to request all changes at once).
- For example: I sent a WIP of hair and skin, the client asked to change only the skin, and only after the shading, clothing, and toggles is it required to change the hair! This type of late change will be charged if I deem it necessary!

❖ - I do not take orders such as “copy this artist's style” or tracing sketches from other artists! The work must be based on my own style, and this is very unethical (even with the artist's permission).

❖ - If the client deems it necessary, I can set a deadline, but this deadline will no longer be valid if the client takes too long to respond to my updates (especially requests for changes).

❖ - I am not responsible for scheduled commemorative dates (debuts, showcases, or birthdays) without the work being completed! The deadline must be informed BEFORE the order so that I can plan and accept or reject the stipulated time!

❖ - If the client insults me, treats me badly, or disrespects my work, I have the right to cancel the order (depending on the stage of the work, with a partial refund or no refund, this will be decided by me) and refuse to work with this customer in the future. This also applies to clients who violate any other important terms.
